If you’ve managed to catch the first couple of episodes of the new series of Pooches at Play on Channel TEN, we hope you have been enjoying the introduction of some new furry friends into our storylines.

We also hope you have learnt some new and useful training and health tips to keep your dogs and wider pet family happy and feeling great because, as we all know, our pets deserve the best from us in return for the companionship, loyalty and love they give unconditionally.  Well okay, sometimes our feline friends do have some conditions they demand before handing out cuddles.

If you have been watching the TV show or have taken a look around our website, then you would already know that we are on the hunt for some of Australia’s smartest pets that have a unique talent or amazing skill.

If you’ve just come across us, whilst we’re featuring some ‘Smart Pets’ across the TV series, we are also running a major competition and offering one lucky owner the chance to win a pawsome $2500 prize pack that includes a $500 PETstock gift voucher and year’s supply of pet food, a $500 health & wellbeing voucher from our friends at HIF and $500 worth of Family Parks gift vouchers so you can take your pet with you on your next holiday.

So, if you have a clever cat, brainy bird or a performing pooch then get your phones or video cameras out and start filming.   You can check out the technical details and Terms & Conditions here. Or, if you already know what we’re after, then don’t wait…upload your video here.

The team here at Pooches at Play are really passionate about educating our viewers about the topics and issues that every pet parent should be aware of, so if you missed either of the first two episodes then you can catch up on TENPlay in your own time.

We are always happy to hear your feedback as well about what you would like to see on the show or read more about on our website, so please do let us know via our contact form or on our Facebook page.

We won’t be on air this coming weekend due to TEN’s sports telecast, but we will be back again the following weekend (Saturday 22nd September at 3pm on Channel TEN and Sunday 23rd on Channel ONE at 4:30pm) so please make a note in your diaries to tune in or watch us live at 3pm Saturday on TENPlay.

Thanks for your support by visiting our website and watching the show.  Till next time,

Lara and Darcy
